I just figured this out for mine - unfortunately it's a little bit of a bummer -

Experiment with your volume levels. Get a guinea pig/friend to listen for the echo while they talk - start with your listening volume all the way down while they talk, and gradually turn the volume up, until they hear an echo. Knock it back down one more notch and you should be good.

Audio connections and video seem to be making bad contacts. The mics work intermittently and video intermittently works when wires are jiggled. Using cordless mics with reciever. When reciever is connected...

Sounds like you have a bad set of jacks. This typically occurs when the female ports on an electronic device begin to fail. The inside of these audio and video ports have a contact pin that the male connector comes in contact with when inserted into the female port. A little adjustment of the female pin connection will usually do the trick. You may also want to check the solder joints or connections.Sometimes they begin to break and lose contact.
Hope this was helpful. Good luck.

Echo

It's your external speakers. Try headsets. Honestly, it'll sound 1000% better for both of you.
