I got tired of my electric brake on my gogo messing up all the time..so I took it off my scooter your scooter will still stop just find. But it will be able to free roll when you stop so if you are on a incline it will roll. to fix this problem I put a brake on the front of my scooter ...I took it off of an old ten speed bike I also bought a walker lever that lock when you push the handle forward no more free rolling.
The scooter has been working great with out that old electric brake.
Also with out the electric brake the battery's last I think twice as long...that electric brake pulled a lot of juice.
It has been about 6 years and still going strong :)

Husqvarna HU775H walk-behind mower. Why don't rear wheels disengage?

Remove rear baffle to gain access to the transmission. Likely the area has become impacted with debris preventing the transmission from releasing drive belt tension.

See instructions for drive belt removal, pg 18 of the owners manual. Free download of the manual at Husqvarna, see following URL.

Get the pto back in place at the hub cover on a 850 jd

Try to twist back in either clockwise or counter clockwise. Disengage lever if you have one, and don't be afraid to put a wrench on the shaft, use a piece of timing belt or something similar. Turn and push it in. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

Free wehee lever repair

The free-wheel lever actually disengages the automatic electric brake so that the chair can be pushed. The brake is what holds the lever in either neutral or drive. Could be that your electric brake is shot.

Blade engagement lever won't disengage

If this is a manual engagment system all the lever does is to pull a jockey wheel into the back of the belt to tention it thus starting the blades to turn, so either the cable is jammed that pulls the jockey wheel in, or the jockey wheel arm is seized and needs freeing off to allow the jockey to to move to the relaxed position.

I don't know how to put my 1993 jeep wrangler into four wheel drive

To engage the four wheel drive, while rolling, pull the lever back one notch and that will engage the transfer case. You can easily do that up to speeds as high as 35mph. Pulling the lever all the way back will put it into 4 low which is not often used and may grind if it does not engage right away. That really doesn't matter much because that gear is only used for pulling heavy loads at low speeds. (I use mine about once every two years) If you do need to use it, generally you can engage it with the engine off without problems. The neutral position is used to disengage the wheels if the vehicle needs to be towed. If it fails to disengage, often backing up about twenty feet or so will help.

Wire clutch adjustment

Pulling the lever releases the clutch. Disengageing it so you don't go. Ok, in order to engage the clutch fully, you release the lever and you must have at leas 1/4 inch free play.
If it is not going in gear easily, you probably have too much free play and you are not fully disengageing.. There is the possibility of an internal adjust ment Try the above and let me know how or if that works. Clutch lever pulled by closing your fist releases the clutch for shifting.
