I just formatted my system (Lenovo 3000 N200). I have gotten all other drivers except base system device, and i also notice that my webcam is not working. please help me out

have you installed all drivers support to it? do you have a cd driver? if yo have cd driver just install it, but if you didn't have a driver just download it from the website..just go to http://www-947.ibm.com/systems/support/pc/
you may need to activate webcam by pressing fn + esc (or check the key combination for webcam in user manuals)
also make sure your function keys working, if not re-install power management.
go to the sound option in controll panel check if your device is working correctly or not .. there is a big chance that it might not if using vista or windows 7 then login as administrator and then install the driver again...
