Hi.
A technician should read voltage to the electronic oven control board, to test the EOC in full. For safety reasons testing hot wires is an operation that must be done by a repairman.
If there is no power to electronic control, then the wiring harness must be replaced.
If the oven control display is blank I would exclude that the problem is being caused by faulty element, faulty temperature probe, or defective door latch, all this faults do not cause the display and controls being non-responsive.
Most ovens have display, control board and pads as separate parts, in that case the connectors between parts in the control assembly must be tested.
