Try finding a threading diagram in a manual for another riccar machine here.

I couldn't see a manual here for the Riccar Reliant 57 but there are ones for the RL570 etc.
Most machines by the same brand thread in the same way.

I couldn't find one for your specific model number.
Have a look at a few of the manuals with similar model numbers. Or try to find a manual that most closely resembles your machine.
Usually sewing machines by the same brand are very similar and thread the same way etc.
