I cleaned out 3 4 tablespoons of grinds from inside theshoot or tunnel area, I started with just my finger and going in from where the grinds drop down into the espressomechanism. After which I used a rag andby pushing the rag in was able to bring more grinds out. Hope this helps
The grind is set too fine adjust to a coarser grind.
I have the same problem and have tried to adjust the grind. I've taken the machine apart several times and cleaned it completely. I've also changed to dry beans. No luck. Any suggestions?
Try this remove the hopper and turn the adjustment knob to the finest setting when you put the hopper on then when the grinder is running turn to the coarsest setting, then remove the hopper and turn the adjustment knob to the finest setting again and now run a test coffee and adjust from there.
