I'm having trouble with my music play er pls. help !!! :(

I'm having trouble with my music player because everytime i go to the music player it shows "starting music player" then it updates then saying "no music files found" what should i do in this kind of problem. ? pls. help me. !

Hello i hope u 'll be fine.... thanks for using fixya.

This problem is usually occur when music player don't load data of phone or memory card itself

Turn on your cell, when it 'll be on, Starting music player it 'll take some time to refresh
Now do in the options of music player
Second option 'll be music library open it
Go down there 'll be a last option Update Library,Press ok, it 'll take some time and hope it 'll load all your music and all music files 'll show in track list.

MP3 players can only play music that are in mp3 file format. You need to convert/rip music into mp3 file format and then copy them to your MP3 player.

It keeps saying file error

Check the format of the music you are playing and if you have music that requires the license it will load the music but not play. It will show up as a file error.

Nope I'm afraid that when this happens, the slider motor is bad, the spindle motor is bad, or the laser pick-up assembly needs to be replaced. You can replace this unit for about 20 bucks. A laser pickup for this unit will cost about 25 to 35 bucks + labor!. See mt point? Good Luck
