I hope I am correct in thinking that you do not have the owner's manual for your oven. If you do have the manual, failure codes are probably listed in the manual, with an explanation of what they mean.
According to information on the list of GE Wall Oven Error Codes provided by Sears PartsDirect: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/wall-oven-repair/error-codes/ge-wall-oven-error-codes.html
F1 means:
Stuck or defective button on the key panel
The check / repair is:
(Quote)
Push the Clear/OFF pad. Shut off power to the oven, disconnect the flat ribbon connector from the electronic oven control board and then restore electrical power. If the code reappears after about 30 seconds, replace the electronic oven control board. If the code doesn't reappear, replace the key panel.

The F1 error code means that the computer thinks a button on the touchpad is stuck. Sometimes this can be resolved by making sure the touchpad connector fits tight into the control board. The F1 code can be cleared by pushing CANCEL/OFF. If it returns the touchpad needs to be replaced .
The part number for the touchpad incase its needed is
For the white color....WB27K5111for the on thats black....WB27K5112
GENE
The F1 code on a Maytag electric stove means the electronic range control, clock or touch pad is defective. You or a technician can do a test to determine which item is broken, but you must replace the electronic clock range in models where the touch pad and range control are one part.
the F1 code usually means that you have a key stuck on the keypad. unplugging it from power won't make a difference for this one. is it a wall oven or a stove? can you supply the make & model please?
i found my circuit/schematic tucked inside the back panel in a envelope,
you have to remove the oven from the wall to gat to it and start un screwing the panels,
i think it was on the top.
