I can not log in my nail i forgot my password and

Click on the "forgot my password" and they will ask you a security question you answered when you set up the account. Just answer the security question and it should log you on and ask you if you want to change your password.

If you forgot the yahoo password you need to request a new password or a reset password.

Open yahoo site and click Forgot my Password button.

That is a problem with your Yahoo Mail password.
You have to reset it, in order for you to gain access with your yahoo mail account and yahoo messenger account.

To reset your password go to

Enter your Yahoo mail id and type in the box the code shown, before hitting the next button. It will ask you your secret answer to secret questions. At the end of it, your password will be reset and gain access with your yahoo mail account.

Once you can log in with your yahoo mail account using your new password, try to log in at yahoo messenger and you can access it.

If you do not know your security questions then you may need to try and contact yahoo support

Yahoo has a page for resetting your password if you forgot it here.

Try using another computer, if the problem happens there as well, then try using the forgot password link and triple check that you wrote everything correctly.

Use the forgot password link or similar, or email yahoo support directly to find out the problem.

cheack wheather num lock is off..

Check wheather some one else is your account..
