In the back of the monitor i nead to solder the cable from computer but dont know which colour wire goes to which pin no any one have a wire diagrame please
In vga connector their are 15 pins .u have to solve this problem u have a digital meter to cheack contunity of the pins. if there is old wire is connected on crt board .first u cheack 0 omhs continutey to 1 pin to 15th pin. then u sold ur new cable

If your wires are unhooked, Usually new monitors wires are colour coded , for example, blue to blue, yellow to yellow etc.
If your wires are not colour coded, There is only one way the wires can go, They won't fit just anywhere. If they fit into one connector, then that will be where it needs to go.
I think this problem might be VGA cable or colour IC of the monitor,so please if you can change these two things ,so very well, other wise you will go to the service center.
the Envision H170L Monitor uses an interface 1.0x VGA - 15 pin HD D-Sub (HD-15). The same VGA cable wildly use in different computer brands..I was wondering why you have not found a replace for that cable. It can be purchase from any computer store.
If you are planning on cutting the wires and solder it together that would be easy if you have the diagrams of the pin numbering for male VGA connector and the female VGA connector. Check first this diagrams and follow strictly the coding of the wire so that it would be successful when connecting it together.
It is also better if after you solder the wire, you will use an shrinkable tube on the connection. Cover the whole sections of interconnected wires with shrinkable tube before you use the vga cable.

I got hold of an old vga cable (15 pin), cut off the male end. I then cut the existing cable comming out of the monitor. After soldering the wires together and lots of electrical tape wala - it works.
Now the problems I incured - Don't solder wires together based on color, they probably will not match. Peel back the ends of the cut off connectors and find each pin with a Multimeter. Once you find each wires match solder them carefully and tape. When done test and if good place a short splint on the spliced area and tape. This will keep the wires from breaking from movement. Good luck.

yes if you can solder then cut the cable and solder the 15 pin vga connecter first test the continuty between the connecter and opposite end write it on paper then according to that solder all wires but better to buy new cable for long time

Usually, this is due to a bad connection on one or more of the wires in the monitor data cable. Either the pins aren't making a good connection to the port on your computer, or there's a short in the cable somewhere.
If hitting the monitor solves it, it's probably a bad connection between the cable and the monitor, where the wires are soldered into place. If this is the case, I would suggest against trying to repair it. CRT monitors store large amounts of electricity, and a discharge while you are working on it can be deadly. Never open up a monitor case.
Try wiggling the connection on the back of the computer next time and see if that fixes it. If it does, remove the cable and check for any loose pins, or bent pins. If there are any, the cable could be repaired, though 15" CRT monitors are so cheap you're probably better off replacing it. Look on craigslist.org for your city. If it has a cite for your city, it's likely you can get a cheap used monitor there.
