My Nautilus C2150 treadmill just stopped for no reason and now will not turn back on. Looks like a fuse blew, but can't locate a problem and the electrical looks ok. Any ideas?

Without insulting you, I assume that you have waited long enough for the incline calibration to complete (while standing on the treadmill, say one or two minutes). I also assume that you would agree that moving the machine has somehow caused it to malfunction. Check that the new location is reasonably level and that all four "feet" touch and rest on the floor. If nothing remedies, it may be time to call a technician.

I believe your talking about the Controller, not a computer board. This device may turn on, however; the instructions and sequence of activity will not work. Many reasons for this to happen; and usually the problem is traced back to a power surge. Major components and equipment need to be plugged into a UPS (Uninhabitable Power Supply) with special protection to avoid damage to vital electronics. If plugged into the wall (directly) there are no protection devices and current can pass through a device and damage the controll unit.

there varios reason. a) the main switch b) some wires touching the carcase c) ground defective d) some components in the power supply in short.
Try to RUN the software calibration for diagnose and troubleshooting.

You must shure to put the correct size amp, and voltage for the fuse, and the same type!.May be you need assistance from some service tech

Finally if the problem persist, you can have transformer control faulty, inclination motor faulty, or controller board faulty, since this PCM, CONTROL everything except the POWER INPUT +EMI+fuse or breaker. sincerely.

Dear Sir:
The VSD, is installed in a bracket located side of the treadmill.

P6-P7= 115VCA
P8-V6=230 VAC

Be carefully you must do this with testing Dvom o Vom. That is you do not any schematic for to do this.

There are two bolts on the back of the treadmill. Turn the right side clockwise to make the belt go left, turn the left side clockwise to make it go right. Never tighten more than 1/2 turn at a time, and do this while machine runs at 2-3 mph. Belt should be just tight enough to not slip. If your belt is really tight and it still slips you have other problems.

Sounds like it is overheating, you have to disassemble the unit and find why it might be overheating

a fuse is a small glass tube about 3/4" to 1". it is located near the end of the power cord inside the tv. it is located in the power board supply circuit. there are several reason why fuse blew up. 1. sudden surge current/voltage in your area 2. shorted in either power supply or horizontal deflection circuits. when replacing fuse, be sure to change it with the same value. but if after replacement has been done and the fuse blew again, there is a short in the circuit as stated in reason no. 2. refer to a qualified service technician if you are not inclined with this job. good luck!
