Hello!
Maybe you need to install the driver of itunes to the pc. so that the drive created by pc when attaching the stuff will be accessible.
may this help!

Ok, You should load a files that is readable by your Itunes, i guess that itunes has specific files that will play on it. its an MP3 file right, if this kind of file still don't play on phone then maybe you should try reformating the Itunes. Please refer to the manual how to reformat the Itunes. and info how to reformat ipod.

I thought that happened when I installed iTunes. I have that player running, but cant find the phone anywhere on it. I ordered a memory disk, but realized from postings here its the wrong size. I need a 512mb instead of a 2gb. I used the P2K software and got it to see the phone finally, but dont know what it actually does yet.
I noticed last night that watching the video demo on the phone, they specifically insert a memory card when they demonstrate the MP3 player. Also, its not an ipod, its the SLVR L7 phone. The songs load into iTunes on the computer and play there, so I assume the format is correct. I am going to get a memory card and see what happens then. Thanks!
