Cant get itunes to work.

I thought that happened when I installed iTunes. I have that player running, but cant find the phone anywhere on it. I ordered a memory disk, but realized from postings here its the wrong size. I need a 512mb instead of a 2gb. I used the P2K software and got it to see the phone finally, but dont know what it actually does yet. I thought that happened when I installed iTunes. I noticed last night that watching the video demo on the phone, they specifically insert a memory card when they demonstrate the MP3 player. Also, its not an ipod, its the SLVR L7 phone. The songs load into iTunes on the computer and play there, so I assume the format is correct. I am going to get a memory card and see what happens then. Thanks!
