There is no Gray, it is Green gray. Photos are not what is seen on screen, Need calibration or something.

The colors on your computer monitor might differ from the device output. Select Screen Match in the Color tab of the printer driver.

For most users, the best method for matching colors on your screen to your printer is to print sRGB colors. The printer uses sRGB and automatically optimizes color output.

Too much red every tine I print photographs?

By too much red I presume you mean that the print is much redder than the image on the screen.
It's a perennial problem, matching what you see on the screen to what comes out of the printer.
The first thing you need to do is make sure that your monitor is showing accurate colours in the first place. Once that is done you need to experiment with printer profiles to get as close a match on the printed paper. However. It's not that simple, as different paper types, different paper manufacturers, different ink types and different printer models all add their own spanner in to the works.
Sometimes you can be lucky and your monitor may be reasonably accurate out of the box, and similarly you may have picked the right paper ink combination for your printer - it does happen, but there's a small industry out there based on getting those matches right - in the print world it's vital that what you see is what you get.
There isn't room here to tell you how to do it, so I suggest that you google more specific websites for proper instructions.

HI, I have a Canon IP4300. The image colour looks great on computer but when I print a paper print, the colour comes out exagerated so everything is over-bright and gaudy. How can I adjust the colour...

Assuming that your printer drivers have been loaded correctly to your computer it is likely that the ink cartidges are the cause of the problem. They are either dirty or low on ink (a particular colour if you have multiple cartridges). Have you tried someone else's printer perhaps?

Nikon D80 Prints

Have you had the picture printed at a local photo lab. Try that and see if it's your computer/printer matching.

You may have to see if the Camera is set for Adobe RGB (or RGB) and your computer/printer is set for Adobe RGB or sRGB. These need to match. There's a new world with color matching that the point and shoot don't do.

Hope this helps. I could regurgitate all about Color Matching, but why when someone else has it all written out.
