W910i How do I change my internet settings on a walkman W910i as when I am trying to download a picture message on my phone it is coming up with internet profile error, please check my settings? Your assistance would be very much appreciated.

to send MMS you have GPRS setting. go to MMS setting set up network & than try it.

If you suspect any such activities, I would suggest you to

1. get a new sim card.
2. format your memory card
3. Restore the Phone to original Factory settings (Refer the User Manual)
   

call o2 customer care.

Take the battery and pull it out of your phone while the phone is still on. Turn your phone back on after you replace the battery. If still the problem persists contact your phone company, they would have to trouble shoot your network. Good luck! I've had the same problem and restarting the phone seemed to work or have the person re send the picture.

just put the settings in your phone for mms/internet via nokia website so you don't need to download them from the web.

I had that problem for ages with my W910i. Took it to the Vodafone shop and the help desk didn't seem suprise at the problems I told him about my phone. He said to download the upgrades from the site. Did all that and my phone is like brand new now, everything works, the internet is far better and there's new applications!
It works brilliantly now!

U should call ur cellular company and Have em Fix this Issue for you. they ll be able to reset ur Picture messaging Settings.
