My phone is 6300nokia...i want put security code in my mobile..but its not active

If it is a used phone and it was never wiped. Then the old security code is active. Changing the sim does not change the security code of the device. If it is asking for a sim security code, then the sim card is locked and you must have the code or the sim is just a piece of plastic. Did the service provider put a code on the sim and forgot to tell you.?..Take the sim back and ask for another without the security code on it. Sims can be coded so that if they are stolen they cannot be used in another device.

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000


Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

You need to create your own security code and activate it from your phone. If in case your phone is asking for a security code though you can't remember if you put any, please key this in on your phone. *#06# Numbers will then appear, that is called IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) then please go to this website and type that number in and hit calculate. When you place a new or a existing SIM card from another phone provider into your mobile phone and it asks for a Security code then :-

use 0000!!!! if this is not workingmeans thier must be a change in the security code !!!!! so its better u update a new software so that u can access ur mobile using the default security code
