Kymco midi foru,less than 6 months old little used,has been laid up over winter.I recently tried to charge the batteries (they were totally flat) but they would not take any charge whatsoever.May have initially followed incorrect charging proceedure ie charger was switched on at mains before inserting jack into scooter,I dont know wether this would have any bearing on my current problem.PS the scooter has been charged once or twice over the winter without any problems untill this occasion that is.
This will be due to the batteries being left uncharged for a long period of time. Should ideally be charged once a fortnight for at least 12 hours if the scooter is not used for any period of time. Unfortunately, the only real solution is new batteries.
