This USB hub is not powered by an AC adapter. Therefore, some devices that need more power will not work well on it. You don't mention what it is you are pluggin into it, but I suspect this may be your problem. Devices like webcams pull way too much to be on a hub without AC.
Did I solve your problem? If so, please rate this. ty.
Yes, I would think you could connect these 2 devices without problem on this USB hub - you have both ends of the Y connector plugged in right? Do the BT adapter and mouse work without interruption when plugged directly into the notebook? If so, then can you try them with the hub on another computer and see if you can duplicate the problem? And, if you remove the BT and have only the mouse working through the hub, any difference?
If you do not have these issued when tried on a different computer, check in Device Manager and see if there are any bangs (exclamation marks or questions marks) on the USB Serial Bus controllers, or you can try updating the driver. Then again, if you can duplicate the same problem on another computer, maybe it needs to be replaced.

A USB bluetooth adapter(not even in use) and a mouse(red LED type) and had the disconnection problems.
