This USB hub is not powered by an AC adapter. Therefore, some devices that need more power will not work well on it. You don't mention what it is you are pluggin into it, but I suspect this may be your problem. Devices like webcams pull way too much to be on a hub without AC.

Did I solve your problem? If so, please rate this. ty.

Yes, I would think you could connect these 2 devices without problem on this USB hub - you have both ends of the Y connector plugged in right? Do the BT adapter and mouse work without interruption when plugged directly into the notebook? If so, then can you try them with the hub on another computer and see if you can duplicate the problem? And, if you remove the BT and have only the mouse working through the hub, any difference?

If you do not have these issued when tried on a different computer, check in Device Manager and see if there are any bangs (exclamation marks or questions marks) on the USB Serial Bus controllers, or you can try updating the driver. Then again, if you can duplicate the same problem on another computer, maybe it needs to be replaced.

My Xbox keeps disconnecting at random intervals. It has no problem reconnecting, but it can't keep the connection. I'm on my third router this year and I don't know how to fix this.

The best way to get a solid connection is to hardwire it. Wireless connections are never predictable. It sounds like you are in an area where there is a high amount of wireless interference. If you hardwire it and it still disconnects then you have another problem altogether. You might want to check if your xbox's wireless reciever is working correctly as well.

My 17 " Targus chill

Ignore the messages -- you connect it to draw electrical power through the USB port, and that's all you need. It's not like some USB-devices (printers, scanners, et cetera) where getting power to the device is only "half" of the solution.

Before connecting the camera you need to download and install camera software. Go to the manufacturer website and download camera software. Keep camera disconnected untill asked by driver setup program.

I forget how to connect my targus presenter to the usb device. What sequence do I push the connect buttons?

To Reconnect the Device and the Receiver :

Position the Power Switch to “Presenter” mode to turn on the presenter.

1 This presenter is a plug and play device and should work once the USB receiver is connected to and recognised by the computer. If the device is not working or you have recently replaced the batteries, you can try to reset the ID code between the receiver and the remote. To do this, do the following:
2 Once the computer has recognised the device. Press the
connection button on the receiver.
3. After the connection button is pressed on the receiver, press the
connection button on the back side of the presenter.
The devices are paired and ready to use.

Or check from page 5 on the USER GUIDE

Linksys WRT54GX2 constantly disconnects

I just upgraded from firmware version 1.01.14 to 1.01.22 and I have the same problem, the router just keeps resetting itself. I think the solution is to go back to the old firmware, but I haven't been able to find a copy yet, Once I find firmware version 1.01.14 for the WRT54GX2 router. I will let you know if this is the solution... :)
