Top rack dishes not getting clean

Check the screen area around the sump right below the lower spray arm if it is built up with lime deposit then the wash pump is starving for water and cannot pump water to the upper spray arm this would also starve water to the drain pump.

it has a pressure insertion fitting that snaps into the arm thru the hole,you need to press in on the ears on the bottom of the are to release the plastic grips to let it drop out,then the arm should remove after this

use less soap and you have to pre wash your dishes it is a washer not a food grinder

Has it always been okay in the past? Do you have the manual, and if so, are you loading it properly. I am not familiar with this particular machine, however there are a few things you can check. Make certain all the spray arms are spinning freely. If there is a "tower" that comes up from the bottom, be certain nothing is blocking the center portion of the bottom rack. Run a load as normal, but stop it after a few minutes. Is there water in the tub and are the dishes wet? If not, determine if the water source is on, and the "fill" solenoid is working. If there is water, and all dishes appear to be getting wet, be certain you are getting a lot of "water action" during the wash. If you listen closely, you should hear a sloshing sound as the machine runs. If not, your not getting enough water circulating. The pump may be clogged, or perhaps there is not enough water coming in. Is your water pressure high enough to fill it completely? Sounds like it may just need a good cleannig. The bottom arm is easily removable. Take it off and remove the screen and see if there's any gunk that has accumulated in there. Also make sure the drain hose is positioned in a way that it will create a water trap to keep drainage from re-entering the dishwasher after the drain cycle ends.

I'm having the same problem. Did some testing and found that the sprayer on the top rack is not even moving and hence not getting any water. Not sure what to do.

A water softner will not make the dishes any cleaner, it just makes it so they don't have water spots on them.
If the dishes are dirty, it is most likely that the nozzles (holes) in arms may be plugged.
Also check to make sure you are getting plenty of water to dishwasher. Make sure all water valves are full turned open.

If the control panel does not work all the time, it is very likely you have either a shorted wire, or a fualty main board which is very common in newer machines.

Very common problem is soap build up in these machines. Try putting it into a wash cycle with no dishes, and no soap. Let it wash for about 5 minutes, and then open the door. If you see alot of soap suds, then soap build up is the problem. Try doing a couple loads with no soap, and no dishes, and throw a cup of vinegar into the machine halfway through the wash. Repeat as necessary. This should solve your problem.

Our control panel is fine. For now. (The machine is only 3 months old). This is our problem--and I haven't yet seen this complaint at all over the internt: The lower wash arm is getting stuck on the bottom rack and stopping immediately. This seems to be a design flaw. The bottom rack is just built too low. A service man was out once. He tightened the wash arm. Didn't work. The service department at the dealership is now ignoring our subsequent calls!! So I wonder if the "not cleaning" problem you have is because of this.
