I have a Roland SP-540V printer and I keep getting pinch roller errors. I have cleaned the iris/sensors, hard restart, rebooted my system. Still is not recognizing the print media. I printed yesterday no problems today is total bs. plz help

Hi have had the same problem, you need to clean the data strip that is connected to the main cutting head .its a clear looking plastic strip between 2 other strips you can't pull it all the way out so be careful. just wipe it with a clean cloth you will see black soot like powder come off it, as soon as you do this it should be back to normal, repeat weekly and you should be ok.
