Please the copier model.In Dialta model the code refere to main body main motor malfunction.

to reset counter turn off main switch hold down 2and 5 turn on release 2 and 5 a different screen will show select 3 PM count/ cycle, set off and is done

hi code 34-1 is fuser temp fault to reset turn off machine hold down buttons 2and 5 and turn on release 2 and 5 a menu screen will show select 1 software switch settings you need to switch no3-1 3-2 3-3 3-4 to off then try if still fails there is a good chance a heater has blown in the exit fusing unit or its temp sensor is faulty definately a technician required hope this helps:)

There is toner/starter spilled onto a sensor near the drum, it mite just need to be cleaned, this sensor monitors the drums abililty to develope a image, if the cleaning does not work it mite be the sensor or the drum. The drum needs to be removed to clean the sensors.

i have a konica 7022 it say call service code F-35-3, what's wrong with it, help me.

Probably a thermistor problem, dirty or out of position or failed. Could be thermostat too.You will want to check that fuser out first before you reset any codes. Checking for paper, sensors, etc...
If all is clear in the fuser then:
With the power off, hold the 2 and 5 button on the panel and turn the power on. In the display you will see, there are 1-12 choices, choose 1, Software SW. You will see a display of numbers (01-0:1 03). Change the first number to 03, change the second number to 01, change the third number to 00. Press RETURN on the display. Power the unit off, then on. Codes should be reset.
If after resetting the code and powering up machine -- if code comes back then replace the above mentioned.

To reset a fuser abnormality code, perform the following:
1. Power the copier OFF.
2. Access the 25 mode (power the copier ON, while holding down on the 2 and 5 keys).
3. Touch [1: Software SW setting] on the touchscreen.
4. Touch the left up-arrow, which is displayed on the touchscreen, 2 times. The number displayed above the up-arrow will change to 03.
5. Select the bit number of the switch 1, using the right up-arrow.
6. Touch the [OFF (0)] key, which is displayed on the touchscreen.
7. Power the machine OFF/ON to exit the 25 mode.
