Try to go into your control panel, Audio, then select the microphone as input. Should work now, try into the sound recorder. start menu, all programs, accesoiries, entertainement, sound recorder. Have a nice day. Cren

I recently bought the PC Desk top Miocrophone 600. Plugged it into the back of the computer were mic is at. Nothing Help!!!

Double Click the speaker icon on the right hand bottom ( next to clock ) of the desktop screen.Click options, then click properties. Form the drop down list tick MIC.Now your **** socket is active but by default the MUTE box will be ticked. Untick to enable it. Adjust MIC level for clear sound.

the tab in control panel...not sure what you're referring to changing... but make sure you change the sound input device from the default internal mic/input to the logitech

I have my logitech desktop microphone plugged in but it wont work

go to control panel - speech recognition[sic] and then a sceer comes up where it asks questions 2nd one set-up my mic. It worked for me and i use vista 64(sucky)

Alarm

Mine did the same thing, only mine was at noon. Press the "FN" Key (between the left Alt. and left Ctrl Keys) and then the F11 Key. This will turn the alarm off then on again if the F11 key is pressed a second time.
