I would call or write to the warranty company: BW Consumer Services, POBox 8134, Elburn, IL 60119. 1-877-365-6274 and ask for the Walgreens Ultrasonic Humidifier 2055 user's manual. That is the information spelled out in the original users manual that come with the product.

Lana, apparently that Model Number may have been discontinued. However, your Owners Manual may be available by calling Sunbeam Appliance @ 888 -264-9669.

I have a similar issue and this is a no filter warm mist humidifier. I just need to know how to reset it, but can't without manual that I don't have!
