The KX_TGA204C handset is compatible with a few different Panasonic cordless phone bases, including the KX-TG4011C. Unfortunately, you can't block incoming calls at the phone. This phone system does not have a Call Block list option. You might be able to get your telephone service to block incoming phone numbers for a fee.
I wish that I had better news for you. To see some Panasonic cordless phone models that include the Call Block feature, see http://shop.panasonic.com/cordless-corded-telephones/cordless-telephones#prefn1=features&srule=newest&prefv1=Call%20Block&nextIndex=0 .
I've got KX-TGA351BX phone. It was in use for 2 years but due to relocation it was out of use for almost a month. One fine day I tried to re-install it and found ''Dial Lock''. Unable to make outgoing calls but can receive incoming calls. Can anyone let me know how to open the lock (I forgot the old password)?
Panasonic KX-TG1050N Cordless Phone. Base handset (No. 1, KX-TGA100N) does not work, no keypad response or dial tone. Green indicator message light ON (should only work with the TG1000N base unit) all the time till battery runs down. Display shows message ?C533?. Can still send and receive calls on extension phones 2 and 3.
