Best thing you can do is download the instruction sheet from braun-clocks.com. Go to bottom left of page and click on Manuals search, then enter your watch model number in the box.
You need to calibrate the hands, particularly if you've changed the battery. Read the instruction carefully, it's a bit involved but it will solve your problem.

I found and pressed the reset button with a tiny screw driver. After about 10 attempts, I pressed the function side button and found that date and time displayed temporarily while holding button down.
Finally after more reset attempts, the time did display.
