THE PRODUCT KEY IS ON A LABEL THAT SHOULD BE ON THE UNIT SOMEWHERE. SOMETIMES ON THE BOOK IN A BAG THAT MAY BE INSIDE THE CASE. IF NO LUCK THEN GO TO A COMPUTER SHOP AND SEE IF THEY ARE THROWING AWAY ANY OLD UNITS THAT HAS THE WINDOWS XP LABEL. GOOD LUCK. YOU COULD ALSO DOWNLOAD HBCD DISK AND JUST RUN IT OFF A CD INSTEAD OF THE HARD DRIVE. JUST A THOUGHT. GOOD LUCK.
