This is a print head error.it can be reset but it may accure on the model.do to faulty print head .company have come up with a modifications the first one was by software pach.and if that does not help you will need to replace all print head and that job has to be done by a techician.
meanwhile to reset temparerally do the following turn off the machine from the main swich not the contrl panel one
and power on while holding down Utility/counter botton
do not let go untel you are prompt it by a message ..Trouble Reset. than let go of the botton and press on message and should say ok than turn off the machine wait 20sec and turn back on
