If hang up all the time, and done many formats and still not fix, it It may be drivers, remove all drivers device manager, and replace one at a time, rebooting between installs, If that still not working, then it is usually bad hard drive, that needs replacement.
Just formatting ur system more and more times won't solve your problem.
there are several reasons for a system to get hanged
1. install the chip set, display sound driver correctly
and you must not run other application while installing.....
2. use genuine softwares..... do not use software from untrusted sites it may be maleware or spyware......
3. install good antivirus i prefer Avira antivir..
4. download and install tune up utilities.... it makes ur system fast and u can work in turbo mode....
