Dell ke board : the button between the t and u stopped working. wh ? tried pulling button off and pressing underneath but still won't work.

According to the directions: Press B - bottom left button,to go into Alarm Mode. Press D - upper right button - to activate the alarm and press again to activate the Chime, which shows on bottom left as a bell. To activate these press D. To DEACTIVATE them press D again. Press B 3 times to return to Time Telling Mode. It took a few tries, but D and B are the keys to stopping that annoying chime!

If it getting stopped near Dell logo.

If can be the problem related to your Ram or Hard Disk.

Try pressing F8 key after you pressed the Start button

Have you replaced the batteries and you also need to press the SYNC button inside the battery cover underneath the wii board and the SYNC button on the Wii console at the same time.

Remove the main battery and try again, also! the power adapter charger should be checked for correct voltage, if okay! pull one stick of ram and test, and the second piece not forgetting to put the first one back and power up, if all this fails you will need to get it assessed.

I would remove the hinge / power button cover again and make sure the little pip that presses the button down it not broken, also check the little circuit board with the switch on to make sure it's not disconnected.
Try switching on with the cover removed.

Yes you have a dry joints on the croma,neck board section.
You need to resolder the cold solder first on the neck board (connected to the tube).
Then if nothing work there try to trace the connection of the wire from the neck to the main board.
Look for the dry joints around.Sometimes it is hard to spot so I've advice you to used a magnifying glass.

Scanner light should come on at power up. Found ribbon cable connecting scanner unit to base had come unplugged from socket on circuit board. The ribbon cable is one of three found near back hinge of scanner and is hidden underneath the other two. It should drape over the edge of circuit board and then plug into small recepticle on inner side of board. I plugged it in and printer works again. Hope this helps.

The rubber plug below the spacebar button is faulty.The button needs to be removed gently and the rubber plug below it which touches the board below should be cleaned.If this does not solve the issue the rubber plug below the button needs to be replaced.Its a common problem.

The keyboard should have a button underneath it. Press the button on the usb controller first and then the button on the keyboard. Repeat a few times to see if it connects. If you are still having trouble try another set of batteries as some batteries are not designed for wireless products.

If you pull off the front outer surround trim panel (prize off just underneath the garmin logo) you'll find a reset button. That should fix it for you.
