Go into bios and turn on the boot diagnostic screen so you can see what the problem is
on refrencing the system im seeing many ppl pointing out that thy cant even get into the bios thus those techs are pointing to a fialing power supply that has kilt the ram
there for try replacing the power supply and the ram
best of luck im not shur what your problem is best i can offer is this shotgun tactic

This is a sign of a hard drive problem. Your computer cannot "talk" to the hard drive for some reason. You will need professional service to resolve this.

oh a fun one. Reset your bios to defaults. if that doesn't work then try a windows disk boot up. if that doesn't work you're screwed.

if you want any of your files from the computer first pull out the hdd buy a cord and transfer them to another computer.

Hi my acer turns on gets but gets stuck non the blue page. it wont go any further. the mouse moves, and even the linksky is working.

Computer wont load up
If you can open you system than what you have to do is just to unplug the hard disk power cable and data cable and refit is properly and than start your system. This will definately help you unless your system is not effected with virus.

Comes up in the selection of safe modes but nothing works, it loops to the Acer page and uninstall page for a mille-second than starts the loop again
it sound like there is something wrong with your hard drive. it eather has to be reformated and the os put back on there or get a new hard drive. but try this take the hard drive out, hold it about 5 inches off the floor ( flat floor) and drop it flat sometimes the needle gets stuck .then try booting the computer up
