Gateway M-7315U "Major Fan Error" will not boot up, This is what it says on black screen when I turn on the laptop "Major Fan Error" and the fan is not spinning at all, How do I fix this problem? What is the model number of the fan I need to replace and where to buy the laptop fan?

My fan for the gateway M7315u has a different problem altogether. Under normal operations the Fan just suddenly spins uncontrollably and makes a high pitched noise. I have opened the casing and cleaned the whole fan and surroundings for dust and other foreign objects. It is clean. I unplug the fan from the circuitry every now and then for a brief moment and when I plug it back in it just jumps back up to 100 miles a minute. You got any ideas?
