I got a sony cyber-shot dsc-t900 what is error 61:10?

The error is: E 61 10 Zoom operations fault Inspect the lens block zoom reset sensor

Here are some things that are reported to work:

Reset the camera:
Home>Settings>main settings>Initialize>ok

If that doesn't work give the camera bottom a couple of slaps against the palm of your hand or strike the bottom against a book to knock the lens mechanism back in place. Be resonable with the force, you don't want to break the thing. It may take a half dozen wackings to get things settled.
