The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). 4. Preview the pictures. You can delete any you don't like or want. Make sure to delete them off your camera as well or the next time you download that picture will downloaded again.
5. Select a picture and print. Some software will let you put borders and cute sayings on your pictures. Have fun with it.

You can download picture from phone through usb cable or through the bluetooth. Just connect the usb to the computer and it will dictect the usb cable immediately. Just click on open folder and copy the pictures and paste them into the computer. For bluetooth you will need to add your phone to the computer through the bluetooth settings, then mark the pictures your want to copy to the computer and press option then copy. This will transfre the picture to the computer. Thanks

That's what the camera is supposed to do. If it always started back at 1, you wouldn't be able to download new pictures because your computer would keep telling you that those pictures already exist.

I believe that the problem is in the Computer software, Check the Website for newwr software. Batteries need to be replaced or recharged if rechargeable.

After downloading pictures, are you keeping all your pictures on the camera card and never deleting them? Your card must be very full. Also, your computer can't tell the difference between new pictures and the ones you don't want to download. Why not download everything and then format the card in the camera for a fresh start?
