My 50 inch samsung plasma is a week old and was going great till today when the screen suddenly went blank but i still have audio what do i have to do to fix it help please

Check your plug in power source connections in the back of the TV. Check if you have any loose connection with the HDMI cables etc. What you need to do is plug in the power cord and turn on the TV. Check to see if there is a back light glow to the TV screen and use a flashlight and shine it against the screen and try to see if there is an image. If there is no image then your T-con board which is the video board portion of the TV could be defective. Have a certified tech come out and check it since your tv is still under warranty.

samsung s50hw-yb04 .. mi tv tenia 2 clicks cuando la prendia sin audio y sin video. le desconecte el t-con y ya tenia audio... ok le cambi el t-con y seguia igual.... desconecte la parte del lado izquierdo y ya tenia audio con el t-con puesto a si k pienso que es ese ... ok le puse otro de otra tv que es paresido. ok ya prende la programacion los botones los muedo mover y se prende la luz de que trabajan ... PERO... no tiene imagen la pantalla esta en ***** ..... :( tiene unas rallitas que aparecen por ratitos como si quisiera prender pero hasta alli no mas nose si es por la parte que no es igual .... SE K DIRAN LOGICO???? ..... PERO BOY ATRATAR DE LAVAR LA PARTE QUE QUITE AVER SI FUNCIONA ..... ESPERO Q SI TU LOGRAS REPARA TU TV LO COMPARTAS .... GRACIAS...
