clean the disk and clean the lens.... to clean the lens, get a lens cleaner disk from almost any electronic store... or just get a q-tip with alittle alcahol and lightly rub the lens..

hey buddy this is the disc problem ...but some time dvd or cd drive can not read the disc properlly..and give u this erroe. that's mean ur cd or dvd lens get very very dirty..first try to clean it with the help of cd dvd lens cleaner... if the same erroe is come again then u need to change ur lens..or ur drive..
