Need to disasseble my subx2 boombox to replace the attenna plug found only 3 screws under the handle and its not releasing

No you don't need any special tool . Find all screws on out side of door trim panel and the window handle , the mirror cover plate , then just pull on edge of the panel .
Gently pry the front side door trim panel (3) from the front side door by disengaging the plastic retainers which secure the panel.
Position the door trim panel (3) away from the door in order to gain access to the front side window switch electrical connector, if equipped.
Disconnect the window switch electrical connector, if equipped.
Remove the door trim panel (3) from the vehicle.
Remove the front side window switch from the door trim panel (3) by releasing the 4 plastic retaining tabs, as needed.

Use a cloth in order to pull off the snap ring which secures the front side door window regulator handle (1), if equipped.
Remove the window regulator handle (1), if equipped.
Remove the front side master window switch, if equipped. Refer to Power Accessory Switch Panel Replacement .

Remove the front side door inside handle (1). Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
Remove the outside rearview mirror opening cover (2).
Remove the screw which secures the front side door pull handle (4).

Removal Procedure
Remove the screw which secures the front side door inside handle (1).
Slide the inside handle (1) forward in order to release the retaining tabs which secure the handle to the door.
Open the front side door inside handle rod retainer and remove the front side door inside handle rod from the inside handle (1).
Remove the inside handle (1) from the vehicle.

It will be very difficult to get.

Radio shack has replacment attennas. There is a scew in the back of the radio below the attenna. Loosen it. the lower part of this and the attenna will come out. at the top of the base part is a screw where the attenna bends back and forth. remove this screw and take off the top of the attenna (the telescoping part of the attena) get a replacment attenna thiis length (of top part). The bottom of new attena will have a screw toward the base where it bends back and forth. Take this screw out and replace the new attenna base with the old attenna base (the new attenna base won't fit in the radio correctly) Now insert the fixed attenna back in t he super radio and tighten the screw on back of radio. Hope this helps.

You need to replace slider release not just the handle. Take off the screws holding the black plate under the removavle canister the you will be able to see the slide release.

the antenna comes out from under the finder panel , in the trunk there is a carpeted insert, that needs to be removed in order to access the antenna motor, you can take it out from there. it is easier with the radio off. that way the antenna is in the down position.

There are 11 screws that need to be removed: Bottom - 2 on both sides of the word "ATTENTION"; 2 on the outer edge at the three and nine o'clock positions; 3 under the handle; 2 in the CD player compartment; and 2 in the upper left and right corners of the cassette compartment.
