From any display phone
With the phone hung up [idle]
Press SPEAKER
Dial 728
Using a 24 hour [military] format
Dial 2 digits for the hour
Dial 2 digits for the minutes
Press SPEAKER to enter the change / end
Only the InMail voice mail clock is controlled by this clock setting. All other voice mail products will have a separate clock.
Electra 8/24, PROI, PROII, Elite, & Elite IPK Systems
From the station connected to port 01 or 02 of the system
[Usually that is the attendant phone; ext 10, 11, 100, 101]
With the phone hung up [idle]
Press FEATURE [or FNC]
Dial 9
Press #
Enter the hour and minute via the dial pad
Press RECALL to change to am / pm as needed
If you only need to change the clock setting
Press FEATURE [FNC] to end
If you need to change the date as well continue
Press HOLD
Press RECALL [repeatedly if needed] to scroll through to select the day of the week
Press # to move the cursor to the day of the month field
Enter the day of the month via the dial pad
Press RECALL [repeatedly if needed] to scroll through and select the month
Press # to move the cursor to the year field
Enter the last 2 digits of the year via the dial pad
Press FEATURE [FNC] to end

Press the "Feature" key on the phone system's main terminal. This is one of the Dedicated Feature keys and is located at the bottom left hand corner of the keypad.

Dial 9# to enter the clock setting menu.

Enter the hours and minutes using the key pad. For example, if it is 12:15, you would press "1," "2," "1," and "5."

Press the "Recall" key on the bottom left hand side of the phone key pad to toggle between AM and PM.

Press the "Feature" key to exit the system.
NEC Electra Elite IPK II

Press the "Speaker" key located at the bottom left of the phone key pad.

Dial "728" to enter the phone's clock menu.

Dial the hour using two digits. Use military time for any time in the afternoon. For example, 1:00 AM would be "01," but 1:00 PM would be "13."

Type the minutes using two digits ranging from "00" to "59."
On the adminstrator's phone (usually ext 100, 101, 110 or 10)
Do not lift handset
Press the FEATURE button
Dial 9#
Enter the hour & minutes (ex:01:25) using the dialpad
Press RECALL button to change AM/PM setting
Press HOLD to change the calendar setting
Press FEATURE button again to save & exit

Press feature; press 9; press #; use key pad to change time; press recall to change am/pm; press feature again to when time correct; new time should show.
Press the "Speaker" button and enter 728 on the key pad. Then enter the correct time in 24 hour format. For example at 2.56 p.m. type 1456. Then press speaker again and you're done
You have to use the feature 9 # from the administrators phone (usually extension 100)
Go to extension 100, press "feature,9,#" and you'll see the numbers on your display blinking like a digital alarm clock. Enter the time and then press feature to complete.
