Printing very light.....replaced toner and drum. still can barely see the print

Are you printing from your PC or using the machine to photocopy? If you are using the photocopy function using the ADF or placing the original directly on the glass...clean these area using a damp cloth. It would be better to remove the glass and wipe clean the mirror, lamp assy, and lens.

" do this only when power code is removed from power source"

If you printing from your PC...- check the configuration of the printer setting.

Why do multiple copies sometimes staple together as one set instead of multiple sets?

I don't know how/why, but if you set the Print settings (main print screen) to non-collate and the Printer Properties (clicking in to get to the staple option) to collate, it works correctly, stapling each set individually.

Biz pro 920 staples multiple booklets together.

Not sure on an Apple set-up but with windows if the the collate box is checked on the first page of the print properties window it will staple all sets together as one. I'm sure it is a similar setting on a Mac.
