I need help inserting att settings on my Pantech C530?
Puk codes are for Sim cards not from your phones.
When you purchased your Sim card it came with accessories, check where you cut out your Sim card from you will see where they wrote Puk number, type in the Puk that you will on your Sim pack ,It will ask you for Pin number, type in the Pin you used when activating your Sim card, it will ask that you retype the Pin again. Retype it again and your Sim will be Opened for use.
If you can't find your Sim pack again,Just call the network customer care number of the Sim your using, they will direct you on what to do.
NOTE:you can't call with your Sim card while it is showing Sim Puk,Get a friends phone that uses the same line your using.

After an exhaustive search for my friend Angel's phone, I finally contacted RMS Logistics (referred by Pantech themselves). You can reach them at 214.459.9988. The cost is about $14.99. I'm now going to look into a cover for her phone that may preclude her ever losing this again. Good luck.

As far as I know free codes does not unlock your phone, so even if you would find a unlock code or whatever you'd have to spend some money.
I would recommend the Unlock-Zone.com site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.
