Microwave will not heat up. All else is working normally.

This has happened before and I somehow fixed it. The microwave is working normally but is just not heating up. I have tried the power level and that is not the problem. Nothing in the manual addresses this problem.

Either you have an electronic part called a "triac or SCR that fires the magnetron circuit that is bad on the circuit board, or the H.V. Diode is leaking in the same circuit, but this is near the H.V. capacitor and magnetron components and can't help in supplying high-voltage( -D.C.) to operate the magnetron circuit,it might be the H.V. capacitor, but normally they don't open, but if if they short circuit, the internal fuse will open up

Condensation inbetween glass door on GE Spacemaker

Your glass seal has failed and I doubt it makes sense to replace the door. Yes, it can be dangerous as the moisture becomes worse you risk the chance the glass could over-heat and blow out. Sounds like you need to replace it, sorry!

It doesn't heat up

When the microwave won't heat, but you hear a loud buzz, you usually have a defective power diode, high-voltage capacitor, or magnetron. We recommend that you consult with a qualified appliance repair technician for help in determining the problem and deciding what to do about it.

Microwave will not heat food.

Sometimes inside the machine there is a fuse for this, if you can remove the outer case you should be able to see it, HOWEVER let me tell you that i have been in this position and have replaced the fuse and the machine then works only to die again, once this happens it is usally a sign that either the tube or a transformer is gone and it normally isnt worth getting fixed.

GE Over range microwave, JVM1660

This just happened to ours as well. Apparently the magnetron (device that creates radio waves that heat the food) is broken. I'm trying to pry the darn thing out of our kitchen now so I can replace the magnetron. Look for this part WB27X10489 on Google. I found it on ebay for $65. If it fixes the problem I'll post again.
