MMS i can send MMS using my mobile but i cant view MMS when i receive then

I just brought the BLU 5.0 phone with SIMPLE mobile service an I can receive pictures(mms) but cant send( mms) pictures. What should I do?

for mms u require ur network provider net settings to send mms

You need to have the MMS settings provided by your service provide. Using which you can send and receive all your MMS.Call your service provider and ask for MMS settings. After some time the settings will be delivered to your phone . you need to have set your mobile phone up for receiving and sending MMS messages. If it's not set, you will receive a message with a url adress to go and see the content.
if the website is unavailable it might have expired, or the web servers might be down.
I suggest you call your mobile provider customer service and ask them to send you the MMS settings. Once you set up your phone, ask the sender to resend the content.

MMS seetting required for using MMS serviece(GPRS seetting and MMS setting is different).
To get the MMS setting please call your service provider.
They will send you the MMS setting.After you receive please save the settings to your
phone.
Then you can start sending and receiving MMS without ant problem.

I think someone sending your SMS for that, Are you registered for MMS mobile subscription, Is your mobile GPRS enabled? So view some MMS GPRS needed.

It will be problem of mobile software. Try to update software from nokia.

how do i retrieve my mms online

Hi Kim, Contact your provider and ask them to send you there WAP and MMS settings, usually when you recieve theese you switch off your phone, power it back up and YOU need to send a picture to activate the MMS settings with your provider. Good Luck!
