u can reset it by entering 8 zeros

Go to Menu > Settings > Profiles

Now select the profile that meets your needs,

For vibration alert for incoming phone calls and messages, select the "Meeting" by scrolling up or down and pressing the enter button.

For regular operation later, just turn on the "Normal" profile

For complete silent operation, with no call tone or vibe alert, just select "Silent"

you can usually go to settings on your phone and then they will have a feature that says , air plane mode on or air plane mode off ... just search around youll find it

try to reset the EEPROM using this code *2767*3855# if not working with this also try *2767*2878#

note: before doing this make sure you backup all your contacts to SIM, if you save your contacts to phone. And do remove SIM card when applying this code.
