MAAX Jacuzzi tub air start port location ?

Air Switch Repair
It sounds like you have a bad air switch located in your motor.
The air switch is what the air hose connects to on the back of the motor or on the box on top of the motor. The other end of the air hose is connected to the air button on the lip of the tub.
This is a latching air switch and when you push the air button it latches to send power to the motor. When the air button is pushed again it opens the latch in the air switch and stops power going to the motor shutting it off.

Try changing the motor relay.

Power switch appears to have a short in it. See the dealer you purchased the tub from and have them install the part.

if when you push the air button it will not turn off the pump, it may be the button that is bad on the top of the tub or the air switch located in the motor.
take the pump out and plug it into an outlet. get a straw and blow into the air switch with the pump plugged in still. if it comes on then the button on the top of the tub is bad. if it doesn't come on then the air switch is bad.

Fill the tub with water. get it in. touch the Logo.

The Magic Touch system has been discontinued by Jacuzzi Whirlpool.
You will need a new air switch kit.

It does hook up to the pump/motor there should be a friction fitting that the hose fitts over there is a square like box sitting on top of motor this is where i would look for the hook up (should be in the area of the pump/motor electrical cord) . If it is a air button that pushes in and comes back up, there is a good chance that the switch (which is mounted on the pump/motor) is bad. If the switch is a touch button on a key pad, the problem is in the control box for the pump/motor.

I bought a new house and I have a jacuzzi bathtube . and all the sudden stopped working .. where or how I can locate the pumpe ? the only thing I see is the button to turn it on or off and now it does'nt go on ?!! I checked the circute praker and everything seems okay to me.... help please.

you have to call the maker of your unit because the gasket can start leaking if you use the rong kind of cleaner
