Xbox 1 flashing red light and e73 system error

Was playing xbox 360 in our car. Powered off before starting car.. Started car again although ixbox was still plugged in. xbox no longer worked after that. 1 red flashing light and system error message with e73. HELP !!

E73 is an input/output error. Hopefully you are still under warranty. Contact Microsoft at Toll free: (800) 4MY-XBOX or (800) 469-9269. If you are outside of your warranty period, I believe they will still repair it for $99

Xbox 360 Console: one red light code E73 appears on screen...

your xbox is going to die..
but there is a way that you can play it.just heat up your xbox for couple of mins.then try again.it works.
every time you see E73 error just do this

When i turn on my xbox 360 it turns to a black screen and says i have error E73 and when i went to Xbox.com it didnt say anything about it

Turn on unit until the red light flashes and the error code(E 73) shows up on the screen. Next insert toothpicks in the back of the console(while unit is running) into the cooling fans, this is to suppose to overheat the console and start two red lights flashing. Turn off console when this happens(unplug all cords from console) and turn the system back on.

1. Restart your console.
