Replacment lamp for model LCT2715

That fan is to cool down the lamp.Sounds like the fan bearings are going

There are 17 capacitors on the secondary circuit of the power supply that need to be replaced.

This is a sign that your tv needs service.Normally it means the lamp is blown.These are expensive but easy to replace.My lamp only has 5000 hours use out the box.I had to replace it once so far.I would check your manual if you have it available.

Akai model LCT2715 will not pick up any chanels

To all akai LCT2715owner power problem?check powersupply and mainboard. do u see any bulging capacitors that is 1000uF and 470uF? yes? replace all!
