did you forget your password? did you forget your email you used when creating? is there an error message? does the page just never load? are you really trying to hack somebodys facebook because your a jealous psychopath?
1)go to facebook.com
2)If you can't login click "forgot your password"
3)if you don't know your email, phone, username, or full name (which is pretty sad) click "I can't identify my account"
4)follow the directions there
Tina, This happens occasionally on Facebook accounts. I have recently had the same message and I was offline for roughly 3 days. The error message is a very generic message that Facebook sends out for various reasons. After long discussions with Facebook support I learned that this message will commonly come up when they are performing maintenance on a server that holds the database that your account resides in. They ask that you be patient and your service should return soon. If you are still unable to gain access to your account within another 24-48 hours you may consider contacting Facebook support. To do this you may need to create another temporary Facebook account. Best of luck.
Try to login again in your account but if you still notified with that message. Your account might be disable to some violation you did...or there's people hack your account. Create another account...
Friends of mine found out the hard way, you need to create a new fb account (using the same name - to make life easy). MAKE SURE your new password is TOTALLY different to ANY you have used elsewhere, especially on Facebook. ALSO, if you can, create a new email account, separate from your original email account that you register on Facebook with. (i.e., if you started on hotmail... try creating a gmail or yahoo account). Using characters " !"£$%^&*()" etc at the start, middle or end will also make it difficult to hack, not impossible, but much harder (seeing as you can put them anywhere in the word)...
Once you've created your new email accoutn, create a Facebook account, and then message everyone on your old Facebook account THAT YOU TRUST to add you as a friend, explaining why.
Lots of work, but hopefully that'll sort it out. Oh, and delete your old page too, of course!
