Just installed refrigerator. how long does it take to make ice the first time

I think there is refrigerant leakage need to refill the refrigerant

Error code 5 E : Ice Maker Function Error - Ice-ejector and level failed three times or more. May simply be a trapped piece of ice which is not too rare a problem especially if the freezer door is left open too long.The ice pieces will stick to each other. It may dislodge itself or if the problem persists you may have to de-freeze it ( letting the freezer defrost over night.)

Your water line to the refrigerator may be clogged or ice maker may be broken. Call a licensed technician for your brand of refrigerator. My new GEORGE fridge didn't,t make any ice and they had to come and install a brand new one.

Hi, I have worked on these machines many times, air and water cooled. Do you have a code chart on a panel to tell you what the 2 beeps are on the control board? Do you have the original troubleshooting manual? This would be of a lot of help. This KM900 is a good size ice machine. I would pick up a gallon of nickle safe ice machine cleaner at a refrigeration parts house, read the instructions and run the machine through the cleaning cycle again. Hand clean everything you can get to again, this is the biggest problem I find on water cooled units. The nickel safe is an excellent cleaner made for this problem. Do you have a water softener for the inlet water on this machine? If not I would recommend having one installed. This will cut down on a lot of problems you will have in the future. Try this and get back to me and let me know. In the mean time I will research this ice machine to see what I can come up with.

If the tube or channel is clogged or obstructed, the water backs up and leaks into the inside of the refrigerator compartment. Then the water builds up at the bottom, inside of the refrigerator. When the water has built up for a time it may spill out of the front of the door opening. To fix this problem, clear the drain tube or channel and allow the defrost water to flow down to the drain pan.

The ice and water-dispensing system of your refrigerator is quite complex. Many components work together to provide the ice and water. Aside from a simple problem of a leaky water tube or a jammed ice chute, most other components are not user serviceable. Your indoor ice and water keeps getting iced up.
There is an air leak somewhere between the ice and water dispenser on the door and the freezer!
there are many places that this may be. But usually the spring loaded door where the ice drops out to the door ice machine!
It takes a good tech sometimes a couple visits changing a couple of parts till he gets it.
There is no sure fire way to diagnose which part is the culprit thats leaking air.You need an experienced tech that eyeballs it and knows what parts to choose first to be replaced.
The air leak almost microscopic to the eye.
Sometimes you take ice from the door and the crack only closes full some time after wards. Then the tech comes the next day and sees nothing. Or it is intermittent problem!

My advice is only a trained tech can remedy this problem, this time!
If I were there I'm sure I could nail it down!
