Mine just wont turn on unless i plug it in to the computer

Sounds like it's the controller for the glow plugs, also, if the first glow plug in line from the controller is bad it will effect all the others. I've had this same sitituation, mine turned out to be the controller.

However since the computer was only purchased a month ago I would say that it is still under warranty. Claim warranty support.

Hi it very much sounds like the on board batttery is not charged up, (not charging) hence when you plug into the PC it gets it supply from the USB 5Volts and plays as normal

You have a bad gound connection. I dont know where, but it does, check every ground you can find. I would check behind the kick panels first

I JUST NOW AFTER 2 MONTHS OF THINKING IT WAS BROKE,I JUST PUT ON THE CHARGER AND NOW IT WORKING I DONT KNOW BUT IT IS,TRY LEAVING IT OFF A WHILE ...

I had this same problem a couple of months ago, battery appeared to be charging but got emptier and emptier, tried different chargers and no improvement etc.

Friend has same phone, used their battery in my phone which was charged and phone was working fine, meanwhile, charged my battery in their phone and it charged fine and then for 2 months no repeat of the problem...

then last week, it happened again, trouble is this time i'm on school holidays and can't use the friend's phone for another 3 weeks!

i have had this unit for 2 years and the first thing that will go out is the cooling fans, they either stop altogether or start making a loud noise. i suggest to anyone else who has this to go to a computer store and buy 2 quality 90mm fans, they will screw and connect right into the unit. mine initally died about 4 months into use and after replacing them with good fans i never had a problem with it. mine however is a dust magnet and if i dont remove the fans and clean off the heatsinks about every 3 months, the water wont get very cold. mine now is starting to leak water, a big loss since we use this thing all the time.

I am having the same exact issues wih the same TV and mine is only 2 years and 6 months old. Please let us know what is going on. Thank you.
