We were cooking a dish and stopped it at the mid point and to add some sauce and it would not restart. Clock and everything is out. Everything esle in house works, no circuit breakers were off. The Jenn Air oven below the microwave works.

Based on a 1200 watt microwave. Increase time for less wattage devices.
Place in a large casserole dish with lid and cover with water.
Heat on High (full power) for 15 minutes then 15 to 20 minutes per 450g at Medium power.
Allow to stand before serving as always.

The safest way to know is to use a thermometer. Since you are using a red sauce you cannot look for blood. You could brown the chicken first and then put it in the sauce.

As these dishes were designed by Corning for a 650 watt over, you can recalculate preheat and cooking times for your oven with the following formula:

650/(your oven's wattage) x (listed preheat time or cook time)

For example, for a Corning MW-9 dish, they list 4 minutes maximum preheat time. I have a 1,580 watt oven. So 650/1580 = .41 x 4 minutes = 1.64 minutes and about a minute and a half preheat. (MAX).

Use fresh rolls.
Boil the hot dog sausages on your stove.
Peel and prepare your onions, frying them lightly on your stove.

Hi. 15 psi for 20 minutes. Here is the recipe STUFFED PEPPERS Printed from COOKS.COM
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Onion
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Celery salt
Tomato sauce
Green peppers
Combine hamburger, rice, onion, seasonings, and a half can of tomato sauce. Stuff mixture into peppers loosely. Dot with butter. Pour remaining tomato sauce over pepper. Place in a pressure cooker. Pour water in to almost cover peppers. Pressure cook for 20 minutes.

Generally the magnetron (the part that heats the food) is the cause if everything else still works. Unfortunately replacing the magnetron is barely cheaper than buying a new microwave though you can check out repairclinic.com to decide whether you want to attempt replacing the part.
