I have a LG CU400 and I can't get the videos and photos imported into my computer with vista. Need to get them into my comuter A.S.A.P. (very important photos,I think I need to download a program for my LG CU400)
I also have an LG CU400, but am dealing with Windows XP. I have a data cable, but no driver. When I tried to download the driver, I got a message warning me that the driver was not compatible with XP and could derail my system.
I'm having trouble finding the right driver/software to transfer pictures to my computer without actually having to email them to myself at $.50 a shot. I need the drivers for the USB cable for my LG400 phone. A link to drivers came with the cable, but it doesn't work. Sounds like everyone might be having the same problem. Did anyone find a solution? Connect the USB data cable to the cell phone and an empaty USB port on a computer.please wait a few second for windows to recognised the phone and display the "AutoPlay" window.
Click the "import pictures and videos" option in the Autoplay window then the "import setting" link.
Click" browse" and select a folder on your computer to save the photo from your mobile.
click the" Import" buttdon an wait a few seconds for window to copy the photo from the phone to the selected folder.
When windows copies all of the photos from the phone,a new windows Photo Gallery Window appears,displaying thumbnails of the imported images.
Disconnect USB cable from the cell phone and computer.

If you have a Windows computer you can connect the device via USB to the computer and go to (My Computer/ Win. XP) or ( Computer/ Win. Vista/7) you should see the device there. From my computer right click on the device and Import pictures and videos. On a Mac, use image capture or iPhoto to import pictures from the device.
If you bought the SD card from Verizon then you should have another card where you insert the card into the regular sized and it works that way.

you need to go to your menu bar
go over to settings and tools
go down to memory click on phone memory
down to my pictures
click options
move
mark all
and click done
and they should all move to your memory card.

you need to load the software the came with the phone then transfer the software on the pc then transfer the photos to the pc then copy the to a flash drive or a cd.
