Restart my 3110c nokia phone how to format my phone with install any software

you will have to get your nokia flashed from a mobile repair shop.
flashing means installing a fresh software and formating the phone.

Formating the mobile phones is known as flash

To flash your Nokia 3110c you need *USB cable compatible with your handset *A Computer *PC suite of your handset *Internet connection(Min speed 1Mbps)

To flash *Install the PC suite *Connect to USB *Open the PC suit *Select UPDATE PHONE SOFTWARE(dowload the Nokkia Software updater by selecting this option) *Install the "NOKIA Software Updater" *Select Update**....(It takes 10-30 Mins)

well u can reformat ur phone after downloading Nokia software updater from Nokia website.instal it to ur pc, den connect ur phone wid pc and update ur phone wid Online connection on.
But it would not completely format ur phone..For complete formatting u hv to visit customer care..
